At 7:00 a.m., Cindy does something not everyone would dare—she drinks a shot of apple cider vinegar. The expression on her face shows that the taste is quite strong. After that, she steps out into her luxurious yard and walks barefoot on the grass, practicing what is known as “grounding.”
