Quest Gulliford, a TikTok influencer and Hodgkin’s lymphoma survivor, has captured massive attention for his daring body art—most notably, his tattooed eyeballs. His transformation has become a striking statement of personal identity and resilience.
After overcoming cancer, Quest began his tattoo journey in 2009 and has since spent close to $70,000 on his body art. One of his most extreme decisions was to tattoo the whites of his eyes, a $10,000 procedure that required intense mental preparation.

“It was a big gamble, but something I’d always wanted to do,” he said. “Now, three years later, I have no regrets.”
Unlike standard tattoos, this one involved injecting ink straight into the sclera. The process, done in Houston, was emotionally taxing and physically intense. Still, Quest is planning a follow-up session to refresh and possibly enhance the work.

Each of his tattoos holds meaning. His very first—“God First” alongside a cross—reflects his spiritual foundation. He also sports a purple ribbon to honor the illness he fought in middle school.
Looking back, Quest shared how he initially ignored the swelling in his neck. After six months of treatment, he emerged with renewed strength.

His first face tattoo came at 18, something his mother tried to prevent. Over time, she accepted his choice—especially the smaller tattoos.
Today, Quest uses his platform to share more than just ink. His body art reflects survival, growth, and the courage to live authentically.
