American superstar Taylor Swift has been harassed by a persistent fan with a troubling past. Brian Jason Wagner, who had served time in prison, became fixated on Taylor during his incarceration, sending her long letters filled with wild claims—such as insisting she was the mother of his child—and bizarre stories about her private life that even shocked Swift.
After his release, the 45-year-old Wagner’s behavior worsened. He began showing up uninvited at Taylor’s Los Angeles home multiple times. In July last year, he visited at least three times, once carrying a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon. In May, he returned several days in a row, asking for meetings and telling Taylor’s security that he was visiting a friend. After checking, her security team discovered Wagner’s criminal history and concerning behavior.

Taylor, known for hits like “You Belong with Me,” revealed that Wagner’s letters included threatening language, and alarmingly, he had falsified his driver’s license address to list her home as his own.
Faced with this threat, Taylor took legal action. She filed for protection last Friday, and by Monday, the court issued a restraining order. The order mandates Wagner keep a distance of at least 100 meters from Taylor, her home, workplace, and vehicle.

Despite the ordeal, Taylor insists she has never met or communicated with Wagner. Sadly, this is not the first time she has dealt with stalkers and threats.
Currently, Taylor is happily dating Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce. Just last weekend, they attended the wedding of Travis’s cousin Tanner Corum and Samantha Peck in Nashville. Taylor impressed in a strapless blue floral Markarian dress worth $1,995, paired with brown leather heels.
