In a society that is increasingly embracing body art, Mathew Whelan, also known as “King Body Art,” stands out as a true pioneer. With 90% of his body covered in tattoos and a flair for unique hairstyles, he is a symbol of bold self-expression.

Mathew’s body art journey began at the age of 16 with a simple bulldog tattoo, a far cry from the striking look he has today. In 2009, he legally changed his name to “King of Ink Land King Body Art The Extreme Ink-Ite,” though he is more commonly known as “Body Art.” Over time, he has invested approximately 30,000 pounds into his transformation.

Recently, Body Art took his body modification to an even more extreme level by having a silicone skull implanted into his chest. This daring decision, along with his ever-evolving hairstyles, has solidified his reputation as a trailblazer in the world of body art.
